Delete your Plyplan account
In the app
- Open Plyplan on iOS or Android, or at plyplan.com/app, and sign in.
- Go to Settings → Delete account. The screen lists what is deleted, what stays and what happens to your purchases.
- Type DELETE, tap Delete account and confirm once more.
- The account is deleted at once, you are signed out, and a confirmation email goes to the account's address.
By email
If you can no longer sign in, write to [email protected] from the address the account uses. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
Deleted right away
- Your account and sign-in: email address, every sign-in method (Apple, Google, email) and the name Apple or Google passed on.
- Every project synced to our server.
- Our log of emails sent to your address.
- Your customer record at RevenueCat, our purchase service.
- The projects on the device you delete from, with the workshop log, offcuts and defaults kept there for the account.
What stays
- The receipts Apple, Google and Stripe hold for your purchases, under their own rules, including the retention tax law requires.
- Encrypted backups of our database, for 37 days at most. Then they are deleted.
- The identifier of the deleted account and the time it was deleted, with no email address or name, so a sign-in from before the deletion cannot recreate the account.
Your purchases
- Plyplan sells nothing that renews, so there is nothing to cancel in the App Store or Google Play.
- A Shop Lifetime bought in the App Store or Google Play stays with that store account: sign in to a new Plyplan account and restore it there.
- A Shop Lifetime bought in the web app ends with the account and cannot be restored.
- A Project Pass ends with the account, with any days left on it.
To delete only some projects, delete them in the app; a deletion reaches your other devices on their next sync. Details are in the privacy policy.
